Redact text and drawings

Where to find it

ToolsRedact (ShiftX), then DocumentApply redactions

Steps

  1. Open Tools › Redact, or press ShiftX.

    The Tools menu: Redact, Shift+X

  2. Drag a box over what must go. ShiftX again for the next.

  3. Open Document › Apply redactions.

  4. Pick the colour, then Apply.

    Apply redactions: 2, the colour, Apply

  5. The text under the boxes is gone, not just covered.

    The names burnt out in black
    Save makes it final. Until then, CtrlZ takes it back.
