Set a page's scale

Give Fluah the drawing's scale so every measurement reads true.

Before you begin

Download the sample drawings: revision B is the current issue, revision A the one before it.

Where to find it

SCALE on the status bar

Steps

  1. Find the scale on the drawing.

    LEVEL 1 FLOOR PLAN, SCALE 1:100, under the drawing

  2. Click SCALE on the status bar.

  3. Pick All pages to set every sheet, or This page.

    APPLY TO: This page or All pages, All pages marked

  4. Type the ratio and press Enter, or click one of the list.

    The scale panel: 1 : 100 typed, with the usual scales below

  5. Lengths now read at that scale.

    Grid 1 to grid 2 measures 8.00 m
    Tip. No scale on the sheet? Calibrate from a known length.
