Change a measurement's label

Choose what the label says and how it looks.

Steps

  1. Select the measurement. Its label's settings are under Measurement in Properties.

    Properties, Measurement: Shows, Precision, Scale, Depth, Placement, Background

  2. Click a chip in Shows to add a line. Perimeter adds the perimeter.

    The label: 38.8 m² and P 25.04 m

  3. Background › Box puts the label in a box.

  4. For a name, switch on Label and type it in Label under Markup.

  5. Precision sets the decimals.

    Precision: 0, 0.0, 0.00, 0.000 or 0.0000
