Steps

  1. Open Document › Reduce file size.

    The Document menu, Reduce file size marked

  2. Sizes shows where the bytes are. Pick what to reduce, then click Reduce.

  3. See what it saved, then Close. Save writes the smaller PDF.

    The result: the size before and after, and the share saved
    Tip. CtrlZ takes it back. Your markups are left as they are.
