Rotate, delete and insert pages

Turn, remove or add pages from the Pages view.

Steps

  1. In Pages, click a page, then or .

    Rotate left and Rotate right; page E-201 turned a quarter turn

  2. Delete removes the picked pages.

  3. Insert blank page adds one after the picked page.

  4. Insert from file… adds every page of another PDF.

  5. For a range of pages, use the Document menu.

  6. Type the pages, like 1-3, 5, 8-, then OK.

    Rotate pages: pages 2-3, 180 degrees
    Tip. CtrlZ takes back each change. Save writes them to the file.
