Measure a length

Download the sample drawings: revision B is the current issue, revision A the one before it.

Dimension Perimeter

Steps

  1. Pick Dimension (D).

  2. Click one end, then the other.

  3. For a run with corners, pick Perimeter (ShiftL).

  4. Click each corner. Double-click to finish.

    A perimeter from the cable tray to a floor box: 6.10 m and 8.20 m, 14.30 m in all
    Tip. The total sits on a side's length at first. Drag the label's dot to move it clear.
