Copy pages between documents

Drag pages from one PDF into another, markups and all.

Where to find it

Split view on the status bar, then Pages in both

Steps

  1. Open both PDFs, then click Split view on the status bar.

  2. Open Pages on both sides. Drag pages from one onto the other's thumbnails.

    Revision A on the left, B on the right: A-101 dragged between B's A-101 and E-201

  3. They go in where you drop them, with their markups.

    Revision B now has four pages, A-101 of revision A second
    Tip. Or click Copy in one PDF's Pages view, then Paste in the other's.
