Steps

  1. File › Settings › General. Pick a Language: English, Deutsch, Français or Español.

  2. Fluah changes at once, menus and all.

    Deutsch picked: the Settings in German, Allgemein, Arbeitsbereich and the rest
    The menus in German: Datei, Bearbeiten, Ansicht and the rest

  3. Spell check is a separate choice: English (Australia), English (United States) or Off.

    Until you pick one, Fluah follows the Windows display language.
