Batch sign and certify

Steps

  1. Open Document › Batch sign or Certify. Drag a box for the signature.

  2. Batch sign puts it on each page, same place. Pick which pages.

    Batch sign: All pages, Current page or Range, and the pages to sign

  3. Unlock your signature, then click Sign 3 pages.

  4. Certify adds Permissions: what may still change after it.

    Certify: the same dialog, with Permissions
    Tip. Pick No changes, Form filling and signing, or Form filling, signing, annotations.
    Certify needs an unsigned PDF. Once signed, it is greyed.
